The 15-ft. 6-in. Windmill is a light-weight two person one-design sailing dinghy designed by Clark Mills in 1953. It was designed to be inexpensive and buildable by amateur woodworkers, but current hulls are constructed of fiberglass. The narrow, hard-chined hull provides good performance without the complexity of a spinnaker or trapeze. The Windmill carries a mainsail and jib and the class attracts a wide range of sailors of all ages.
